Robin Sheppard
President
Robin has been an hotelier for over 40 years, winning multiple awards and significant recognition for his work in the industry. His eye for innovation and brand-building has led to several awards for the company - most notably the 'Hotel of the Year Award' for Hotel Gotham and the 'Newcomer of the Year' for Hotel Brooklyn. He has already won the Hotel Catey and then the Oxford Brookes award for Outstanding Contribution to the Hospitality Industry and most recently he won the AA Lifetime Achievement Award to the Industry. Robin is Chairman of the Institute of Hospitality, a Non-Executive Director of several industry-related companies and a champion for accessibility.
Haydn Fentum

Haydn Fentum is an hotelier, born into a family of hoteliers. He co-founded Bespoke with Robin Sheppard in 2000 to operate an independent group of hotels which has since grown to over 80 properties, surviving both strong and weak markets in the economy. Haydn’s acute business brain has steered the company steadfastly throughout. He is Non-Executive Director of Hillbrooke and Peel Hotels. 30 years of industry experience.
Thomas Greenall
CEO
Thomas Greenall comes from a family of hotel and leisure specialists and has worked his way up through Bespoke since joining 10 years ago from the restaurant industry. He brings wisdom beyond his years, expert numeracy and first-class communication skills to drive optimum performance in all our hotels. He is Non-Executive Director of Randalls Jersey, the largest pub company on the island. 15 years of industry experience.
Richard Grove
COO
Richard joined Bespoke in 2015, serving as General Manager of The Chester Grosvenor for over seven years alongside regional roles at Mill Hotel & Spa, Oddfellows Chester and Oddfellows Cheadle. Previously, he held senior positions at Cranage Hall and Palace Hotel in Manchester and the Marriott V&A Hotel. With a wealth of operational experience, he is relentless in his pursuit of hotel excellence.

After graduating in hospitality management from the University of Plymouth, Steph rose to become a cluster general manager with Centre Parks and Oxford Inns before joining Bespoke in 2010 to head up our revenue management team. With a wealth of skill and experience in hotel revenue management and distribution, a keen eye for practical integration and optimisation, Steph has presided over consistent improvement in commercial performance across our hotels.

Regional Director
Caroline is a hospitality, hotel and private members’ club professional. Since 1990, she has built up a wealth of experience in premium organisations in the UK, Australia, and Malaysia, holding senior management roles at prestigious establishments including The Milestone Hotel and Apartments in London, and the two culturally diverse members’ clubs: Home House in London and RACV in Melbourne. Caroline has proven leadership and operational abilities in developing and launching deluxe and contemporary 5-Star hotels from construction. A strong and visible leader who inspires and motivates complex stakeholder groups; she has won several awards including Club GM of the Year, Australia (2012 and 2017), the coveted AA 5 Stars award and “Leading Small Hotel of the World” at The Milestone Hotel. 35 years of industry experience.

Now proud to be working with the UK’s largest independent hotel management company Bespoke Hotels, heading up the Advisory division and specialising in Asset Management and hotel turnaround activity.
